Thank you to everyone who donated and/or participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K in Torrance. The inaugural event was a great success. Committee organizers originally set a fundraising goal of $20,000 and far exceeded that the day of the walk. SalsaSouthBay.com was very excited and honored to offer a Zumba warm-up for the walkers prior to the race. A big THANK YOU to the instructors who volunteered their time…Johnnya Burruss (Center)…Denise Torres…and Lauren Torres. We can’t wait to participate in next years event!
